Repairs and Overhaul

Shengdong’s gas generators have specific and detailed maintenance schedules. These typically vary according to the gas used and cover the full life of the equipment.
The gas generators typicall require complete overhaul after 50,000 hours of operation. The general overhaul covers key parts such as valves, pistons, piston rings and liners, bearings and cylinder liners. The overhaul can be performed both at our servicing centre or on-site subject to the plant’s existing infrastructure.
Our servicing engineers are able to promtly identify any unexpected servicing requirements and to perform the required repair works.
